BE Present: Practice Self Care + Confidence this Saturday for Women’s History Month!!

Relatable??: you effortlessly see the great in others but … have difficulty seeing it in yourself ✨

~ see the great in YOU more intentionally with 🌱 Self Care + Confidence: Give yourself some credit!!! 🌱 20% off now for Women’s History Month with code 20OFFMARCH!! ~

Wrap-up Women’s Month on an empowering note! How often do we find ourselves giving everyone else credit (which can be very good!) … but not ourselves (which is quite draining + unfair)?

💗 Chances are if you’re empathetic + high-performing: this is often

Now, how often do you feel drained or depleted by questioning or being critical of yourself?

💗 If it’s a few days a week—or even a day—this workshop supports YOU

In Self Care + Confidence, we:

  1. Create a safe space with community

  2. Complete a mini-reflective exercise, giving fellow participants + ourselves some credit

  3. Learn about mirror philosophy

  4. Co-create a definition for confidence

  5. Engage in a low-key interactive exercise to understand unearthing

  6. Visualize how empowered we’ll feel when we apply this self care skill

  7. Learn about 3 different types of Credit Journaling

  8. Practice this with a partner or individually to skill-build

  9. Reflect upon and share (if you please) what works for your journey

  10. Talk about taking this into our days including mini-rewards + MBTI

We even touch-on Enneagram + DiSC!!!

💗 POV: you’re doing this while enjoying charcuterie + champagne! 🥂

Sound like a plan?? Sign-up for THIS Saturday from 1-3pm + use code 20OFFMARCH!! (That begins with the number 20 and then the letter O)

Pssst: please check-out Kim Della Porta, Mama Health Coach @kimdellaporta who also has a workshop on 3.23 at The Homemade HQ!!! 💗 This post was inspired by her amazing Social Media ✨ (although we cannot pretend to have those vid skills, go you Boss Lady!!)
