BE Well: Take Baby-Steps

✨ Let’s be real: this time of year can be tough at times ✨

Certainly, as tough as it is wonderful + even magical.

🌱 So give yourself some grace. Create space.

How??

💗 Baby-steps.

Take it from 1 of the most successful woman out there:

🌱 Hoda Kotb + “I Really Needed This Today

I know that’s exactly what my husband + I are doing right now.

💗 As of Monday we’re caring round-the-clock for our elderly kitty whose kidney disease has advanced. So we slow-it-down.

Work-related, I’m absolutely there for my clients. Outside of this?? We show-up by reframing + reprioritizing little-by-little:

1. What felt Urgent is replaced with Kitty Needs

~ meetings can be rescheduled

~ making family comfortable cannot

2. Super Important Deadlines becomes Savoring Family Time

~ marketing can be reworked

~ memories last forever

3. Planning the Big Picture weeks in advance becomes taking it Day-by-Day

~ timelines can shift

~ time spent in the present cannot

Do we shift everything all at once? No

🌱 That can be overwhelming too. We make tweaks here + there based off of values like:

•Respect

•Intuition

•Self Care + Family

•Teamwork

•Love

💗 So what’s that little voice telling you to respect in a big way today???

✨ Listen. Act in baby-steps. That’s how we make the most important things shine. That’s how we authentically career develop as well ✨
