3. And how these influence your Goals and therefore decisions and actions

~ this also correlates to what you believe about yourself + your career, because that significantly affects decisions + actions too!!! ~

2. It’s an excellent resource for finding local work, quickly

3. And if you’re applying for a job within …

A smaller business, I do recommend you apply via Indeed!!

But it is true, and THANK YOU to a client who helped me realize this. Since our conversation, I’ve done a bit of research + investigation and have found this to be true overall. Let’s review:

1. If you are applying to a job within a smaller company (especially if it’s local)

2. Apply through Indeed!!!

3. Otherwise, the company may not see your application 

4. This streamlines the application AND be sure to read job description instructions as some advise to email application docs

5. Another benefit of Indeed applications: you often are contacted more quickly to interview

Indeed offers messaging options now that help streamline processes
