✨ Soft Skills + Hard Skills • for High-Achievers who are Overwhelmed + Over it! ✨

~ do you not know what to do?? • are you always in the dark?! 🌛🌑🌜move on over eclipse@becareerdevelopment has you covered!! ~

SO much of high-quality career development + work-life balance has to do with clarity. Knowing your:

1. Work Life Values

2. Where these are met in your … Work + Life

3. And how these influence your Goals and therefore decisions and actions

~ this also correlates to what you believe about yourself + your career, because that significantly affects decisions + actions too!!! ~

🌱 Sound vague or cumbersome? It doesn’t have to be!! That’s where I come in 🌱

Relating more to career development “hard skills” especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed … I want to share a #ProTip with all of you. Its name??? Indeed!!!

1. This platform has much improved since it’s pre-COVID (PC) days

2. It’s an excellent resource for finding local work, quickly

3. And if you’re applying for a job within …

A smaller business, I do recommend you apply via Indeed!!

🌱 If you knew me from my PC Career Coaching days, you may be thinking—what?! 🌱

But it is true, and THANK YOU to a client who helped me realize this. Since our conversation, I’ve done a bit of research + investigation and have found this to be true overall. Let’s review:

1. If you are applying to a job within a smaller company (especially if it’s local)

2. Apply through Indeed!!!

3. Otherwise, the company may not see your application

4. This streamlines the application AND be sure to read job description instructions as some advise to email application docs

5. Another benefit of Indeed applications: you often are contacted more quickly to interview

Indeed offers messaging options now that help streamline processes

🌱 So if you’ve overlooked Indeed in the past, give it another shot! 🌱

(They do NOT pay me, I promise you.) ✨ And if it helps to have customized career development, career pivot, + job search insights … you know where to find me 💗
